There are 3 core processes in the manufacturing of the Cybertruck's Exoskeleton. We just so happen to do things the same way!

Cut by Laser

First up, fiber laser cutting. This CNC process takes our American made stainless steel and literally blasts a laser beam right through the material cutting with precision!

CNC Formed

The second process is forming. Our CNC press brake takes the flat parts cut by the laser and gives them a 3rd dimension. With computer controlled accuracy, our parts are spot on everytime.

Welded by Laser

Utilizing the latest in welding technology, our products are welded by laser! This unique welding process is used on many of the panels in you cybertruck...look at the door skin-door frame joint...thats laser welded.
